1. Scope of Service & Permitted Use

Vauntico provides advanced local static analysis, lockfile CVE auditing, and automated AI compliance reporting tools. You agree to use our platform lawfully and strictly monitor systems where you possess explicit administrative authorization to conduct security reviews.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

You retain absolute, unencumbered ownership of all source code, software architecture designs, and metadata connected to the platform. Vauntico claims zero intellectual property rights over your software signals.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to manipulate, forge, or misrepresent the cryptographically signed TrustScore indicators or live verification links generated by the system. Any attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the core analysis engine will result in immediate termination of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vauntico is an infrastructure risk visibility tool. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Vauntico be liable for any operational downtime, security incidents, or lost enterprise business opportunities resulting from system metrics reports.
